1. Who we are

Levedence is a trading name and is not a separate legal entity. The services offered under the Levedence brand are provided by, and the data controller responsible for your personal data is:

2. What we collect

When you request a free audit via this site, we collect only the data you submit in the form: full name, work email, company or website, and any optional message. We also record the page URL from which the form was submitted and your browser user-agent for security and abuse prevention.

3. Why we use it

Solely to prepare and deliver the audit you requested and to reply to your inquiry. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to prospective clients (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Retention

Lead-form submissions are retained for up to 24 months from last contact and then deleted, unless a client engagement begins — in which case a separate data-processing agreement governs.

5. International data transfers

Levedence serves clients in the EEA and UK, but the controller (Reputation House Marketing Management LLC) is located in the United Arab Emirates, and your data is processed outside the EEA. The UAE is not covered by an EU adequacy decision, so these transfers are made under appropriate safeguards, including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. 6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority. Email hello@levedence.com.

7. Sub-processors

We use a small set of vetted infrastructure providers to host this site and store form submissions. A full list is available on request under NDA.
