These terms govern your use of the Levedence website and the free audit offered from it. Any subsequent client engagement is governed by a separate services agreement.
2. Nature of the free audit
The free audit is a preliminary analytical review. It does not constitute legal, financial, investment or PR advice, and it does not create a client relationship or fiduciary duty.
3. No guarantees
We make no guarantee regarding the removal, deletion or ranking of any specific search result, review or third-party content. Search engines and courts decide those outcomes; we commit to lawful methods and transparent reporting.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to submit false information, harass third parties, or request unlawful actions (including content removal without a lawful basis).
5. International data transfers
For visitors located in the European Economic Area (EEA), personal data submitted through this site is transferred to and processed by Reputation House Marketing Management LLC in Dubai, UAE, outside the EEA. Such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards under Chapter V GDPR, in particular the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (2021/914), as the UAE is not on the EU adequacy list. 6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with exclusive jurisdiction in the competent courts of Dubai, UAE, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of the user's country of residence.
